Tips to use the locator
- Select the Inbound Program first, then enter asset location or drag the marker for relevant results for the case.
- The search bar can be used with full address, city/state, places or GPS coordinates. If copy/pasting a search term, use keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+V) and not right-click paste
- The bottom of the map will show the current GPS coordinates of the marker at the dragged position. Click to copy it to clipboard
- Distances shown are "as the crow flies". Click Show Driving Distance to get accurate driving distance from Google
- Eagle Dealers with the Eagle icon
are always preferred over non-Eagle dealers - Dealers on the preferred list of fleets like Werner, US Xpress etc are indicated with these logos

Parkhouse City / Store Lookup
Use this city/store lookup when dispatching Parkhouse cases.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Do not use other inbound programs or national account locators unless you have checked with a supervisor before proceeding. This lookup will also have associate dealers in Northern California and parts of Arizona that have direct bill accounts with Parkhouse Tire. Once you have checked with a supervisor and you have a city that is not listed on this lookup, use the Eagle Road Svc inbound program and find location on the map.

Locate a driver's position using an SMS link sent to their phone. They may be prompted by their phone to allow location sharing. Upon clicking the link, their coordinates will be transmitted back to the table below. Then click LOCATE to move the map to the location, or COPY to copy the coordinates to clipboard.
